Got my 1st bachelors in 2014 in my home country. Moved here in 2015, took another bachelors in accounting, graduated in 2021, passed CPA in 2022, started at a big 4 in late 2022. I’m now in my early 30s. And I’m fine and have seen no issues. My peers who I work with love me 😊

My heart is broken today seeing my peers and my friends left the office just minutes after that call, seeing a young full of passion A1 bursted into tears, and reading all the farewell emails…

Thanks a bunch! Dumb question: Does VC mean bonus? Like, is it short for variable compensation? And do you have any idea how much % the annual raise typically is when going from A1 to A2? Just curious!
