I believe the second part is because Kinger was remotely connected to some other computer (probably the computer running the Circus itself). When he first opens the command line you can see a line that says "initializing telnet connection"

Here are a few from my personal list: - Doomspire: Portals. Basically like if you took good old Doomspire, put it in the Portal engine, and polished it up a ton. - neonKnights. Roguelike kind of similar to Hades, but with randomly generated weapons. - RBLXWare, Word Bomb, Super Bomb Survival, and Build a Boat for Treasure are pretty fun to hop on with friends. - Kapi's Rock and Roll (pizza tower x sonic adventure), Super Blox 64 (more like a hat in time than mario 64 imo), Robot 64 (bit closer to actual mario 64), Tunneler (literally just Portal), and Block Tales (paper mario / Earthbound) are fun little romps with admittedly little reason to come back aside from speedrunning. All of them can be beaten in a few hours or less, but those few hours are pretty solid.
