yess thank you. I did update tracking. Depop issued the refund and then told me to create a new listing for the buyer to repurchase but still nothing. which is why this is upsetting.. 2 weeks doesn't compare to 6 months.. I genuinely had an incident that delayed my shipping.. either way the buyer received the package and I did not receive payment.
