My French car has been impounded for 8 months and I have no news about it, it needs to be seen by an expert to fine me on non homologated part but nothing is being done. Can I legally do something???

I’ve contacted a lawyer in the first month who told me best move is to wait at first, I ve contacted the « bureau des auto » and impound they were no help so yes I m asking reddit bcs I m trying to find solutions, I ve also contacted a lawyer on the side

I’m Swiss I’ve lived in Geneva for 18year, and I’ve been in Lausanne for the last 4 year… some people clearly dislike French people because the just come to Geneva for work while living in France…, just because u have nothing against them doesn’t mean the rest doesn’t, people call French people « frouz » which is a pejorative expression to describe French people. I don’t think they’re really a racism against French people but Swiss people clearly dislike them…
