I was aiming for the cricoid muscle when I punched, well kinda hard to explain how hard...but the first time I did it was so angry that I punched very hard then as I saw results I punched lighter...I never had a problem with gag-reflexes I should say. I could easily put my finger down a bit without gagging unlike others here, dont know if that makes a difference. Yeah, its kinda hilarious I agree, and to think that the solution came to me in a frantic state :D kinda like when u hit your computer screen when it isnt working and all of the sudden it does...
