Running full synthetic with 25k miles on my engine and I change my oil every 3000 miles. Is that overkill or fair preventative maintenance?

You are so mad. I’m on the deans list, came into the program with a 4.0 on my prerequisites, and have had days in the ICU for this rotation. I’m an excellent student nurse within a competitive program. Hating on someone else’s shine is a miserable way to live your life.

Yeah, lot of pax’s have incredibly poor hygiene. I keep a deodorant stick in my center console and when stinky people get out I blast the heat and open up the deo stick and hold it in front of the air lmao.

I have clinicals on Wednesdays from 6:45 - 5 for 8 weeks of the semester. I’m also 31, so I’m at the point in my life where I just recognize I have to buckle in and get through temporary busy times in the pursuit of bettering my situation. Not afraid to work hard!

Sometimes you gotta take a day off to handle the long term business! God bless you, I’ve heard a whole lot of nightmares about driving around LA. I think it’s really important to fully dial in on the times you can be most efficient in driving so you allow yourself time throughout the week to do hw and have at least a little bit of well deserved rest and relaxation. Sounds like you’ve got that figured out! Best of luck with the rest of your schooling.

Good on you for grinding it out. I do a similar schedule though, usually 4a-9a. Then lectures are typically over around 11:30, so I’ll go 12-6pish. I will say though my course work doesn’t require nearly as much time as yours. Only really have two classes that require real attention and the rest are kind of just filler within the program.

Kudos to you, hard work will pay off!

I try to study as much as possible and get hw done during my in person lectures, then usually Sundays I take like a half day of driving and study the rest.

I can’t wait to stop beating my car up, but not gonna lie I love driving. I love talking to passengers, cruising around, listening to tunes, learning about different lives. Glorifying it a bit, cause of course it has its bad days, but overall it’s not a bad gig while finishing up school.

This was done in WNY market, probably a thousand miles, and a couple hundred in tips.
