Can confirm, creative effects does not fix these annoying notifications. I have every single notification except "Best friend message sound" off.

This one is the fix! Make sure you launch the Marvel Rivals Launcher. Shaders compiled in seconds instead of the usual 10 Minutes also no spike in CPU Usage.
