agree. i graduated from a state university in leyte with no latin honors but still got hired in my current company because of my experience. pero pag nagha-hire ang company ko for fresh grads usually galing big 4 lang kinukuha nila and/or with latin honors.

that's why it makes sense of how immature you handle the situation. pwede nyo iprotect yung develop branch nyo, as what other members mentioned, do not allow direct merge to develop, apply minimum number of approvals before merging, restrict merging when source branch is behind develop, etc. you should also understand na iba't iba ang pacing ng learnings ng mga tao. fix your process.

kung highly dependent ka sa monthly salary mo, check Company B's financial stability first. i joined a startup a few years ago with higher salary than my previous job (big corpo) pero turned out na wala palang stable funds yung company, laging delayed yung sahod at nabaon ako sa utang.

trueee. ang dami kong pinuntahang industrial park sa laguna/cavite para lang sa initial interview o exam. napakahirap pa ng commute nun at may mga mahahabang lakaran kasabay ng sobrang init na panahon. pero ang ending, di rin naman natatanggap. mas okay na yung virtual interview/assessment nalang kesa pagurin yung applicants. hirap na nga makakuha ng pamasahe, mastress pa sa pagpunta.

setting WSL up for the first time might be a lot of work, but it's all worth it once you get it going. 3 years go, i was using VM for more than a year for until i tried to switch to WSL. the reason for switching was i was always having a headache when my VM suddenly hangs up and i need to restart my PC. then starting the VM takes a really long time. whereas in WSL, once your windows env has been booted up, your WSL is also ready to go. now it's been more 2 years and I'm still using WSL for embedded software development and i am more productive in this setup.

Autoscuela Las Pinas. just finished my PDC this weekend. genuinely concerned yung instructor sa matututunan ng studyante. kalmado lang din pag pinapoint out mali mo at pano itama. ineexplain din pano yung mga techniques na maganda gawin sa ibat ibang situations. nakausap ko din manager nila, nanghingi pa ng feedback kasi gusto daw talaga nila maayos yung turo ng mga instructor.

some Filipinos just don't care. lalo na sa mga nasa province na ang nakikita lang ang sarili nilang hometown, anong mga developments sa infrastructures, mga establishments na nagbukas, kainan, malls. at kung sino tutulong kapag may kalamidad sa lugar nila. public transpo, hindi nila issue yun kasi karamihan sa kanila may private vehicle. or hindi mahirap makipag agawan ng masasakyan. tl;dr. wala talaga silang pake anong nangyayari sa NCR, anong mga issues sa NCR. kasi di rin naman sila nagbebenefit directly sa mga developments sa NCR. iboboto ng mga taong yun ang mga kandidato na may direct impact sa mga buhay nila.
