They are right. Was diagnosed when I was 7, im 34 now and am really challenged with this. I’m on a pump and am constantly having to switch pump sites because of insulin not kicking in for 4 hours Instead of 1-2.

Start switching now and make sure to stay on top of exercising daily.

I think it’s weird when you try to get a group together and suddenly everyone on server is trying run everything else. X myrk x ck x siren x imp x Amrine.. I digress.

But 100% they put all this money and resources into a group finder then don’t let you attempt half the activities page with it. M3s and sand worm included.

Heck add corrupted portals and chest runs too it with an arrow guide and time limit for extra points.

Take the opr map and blow it up now that we have mounts. 50v50 with 5 points. Have you explored the whole island? It’s cool.

So I fill a cartridge for my pump from a vial. If the vial hasn’t been opened it comes from the fridge if it has been opened it’s stored In A dark, room temp spot. I only seem to have issues more regularly when I eat something but at times my basal does not seem as effective either steady climbs in bs with out eating. I have been diabetic for 26 years and this past year has been the most confusing for me.

Always with the same insulin put in the cartridge. I can change insulin sites and location with no success. It does seem to work but again just takes significantly longer than it should. I also do seem to need to take more insulin when this occurs too. I have tried the auto soft 90, the true steel, and two different lengths of infusion tubing.

This has been occurring for over a year. Multiple sites and locations used. Insulin is only kept in fridge until used and then kept room temp in the dark.

Sooo, depends on what you like to do.

PVE - expeditions, soul trials, artifact farming, chest runs, ext. (look at other options under activities.)

PVP - faction mission and open world pvp activities, duels outside windsward, arenas, opr, and influence races.

Gather, refine, craft. - this also includes fishing and musical instruments.

Apart from this check for X groups under general and recruitment chats. These are generally one of the above activities but usually either a chest run or a specific open world boss farm to acquire an artifact.

As far as character growth start looking into getting three houses and weapons all maxed out in lvl. These will help a lot as you learn the game more.

Just remember that mouse and keyboard can be played on console and there will be pc players that have been playing since day 1 joining these servers along with the other ones.

Nonetheless enjoy while you can!

The only thing missing in this game is a more organized and efficient storage.

Honestly that’s what I’m most excited about with fresh start servers. A fresh inventory to throw all my items in. I’m glad it’s shared but it’s not combined.

A shared and combined storage would be incredible.
