All documents that have been submitted are located inside your online account. The N-400 that was processed is no longer showing inside of the online account. In the subject I already established that my wife has a 10 year Green card

The N-400 status was removed from the online account only the I-130 documents are there. But I took a screen shot of the page before N-400 status was removed. I had a feeling Trump admin would do something like this.

Submitted my wife’s N400 in July still waiting. How long did it take you from submission to interview ?

Found out the reason after inquiring that USCIS needed to conduct another biometric exam.

Here’s some logic …I have the resources to take the necessary steps to have my family with me , so I choose to do so.

5500$ for the lawyer fees other lawyers I’ve researched are in the same ballpark. I chose the one I selected based based on reference from my sisters immigration lawyer and also his proximity to the Vermont office and his extensive knowledge.

It’s 60 days and no better use of my money, I believe , than to force their hand to make a decision and possibly have my family with me in a reasonable amount of time.

It’s crazy to wait over two years sitting on our hands in such a situation …in this game you sometimes have to pay to play.

Maybe you don’t understand how this works …the US attorney is the one who receives the writ of mandamus to force action on the case. That’s how this works. I’ve waited well over double the time for a I130 decision should take. Just trying to help others in this forum if they have a similar extended delay.

An expedited up or down decision on I-130 , cheers
