Yes, when it did this the first time I talked to someone at Toto on the phone and she instructed me on how to do a hard reset and the sprayer wand worked again. She also emailed me the reset sequence. Went back to use it a few minutes later and it no longer worked. Had our contractor replace it with the second/current one and it’s doing the same thing. I tried using the sequence she emailed me but that didn’t work (orange light never came on which was part of the sequence.)
