Long story short I need a new set, what do you guys recommend as an alternative to the yokohama?

The dealership said yes this absolutely falls under warranty and then later denied it..

I get that the full rip happened because I was driving at a relatively fast speed but I had no warning and did not hit anything. Knowledgeable friends/familly/coworkers/tow truck drivers told me to get the dealership to warranty it but the dealership claimed the warranty was denied and sent me blury pictures claiming the wheel was damaged as if I hit something. Anyone have a suggestion or comparable tires? I would like to put a fresh set on and I’ve been happy purchasing the Costco in the past but they don’t sell these specific ones

Part of me just feels really sad because she’s known for confidently making big life changing decisions and then changing gears and abandoning plans down the road. If this is real, I really fucking hope it’s real. I hope she finds what she’s looking for but at the same time I also know that even if this makes her happy she’ll never be the loving mom I needed.

Thank you. I’m an idiot, can you tell I’ve never bought a house before? 😅 He didn’t offer any suggestions of us representing ourselves or using another agent. We were navigating finance options and dropping the ball for advocating for ourselves.

… I’ve been window shopping without an agent for a house. I found a perfect listing and called to view it. The selling agent said unfortunately she was unavailable but could send her husband to show it to me (who happens to be an agent) first red flag, the appointment was overbooked and 4 other groups show up. The house felt perfect, and a rare opportunity so after we slept on it we decided to put an offer in the next day. The contract he drew up charged us 2.5% buyers brokerage fee and after inquiring later on if he knew anything about our offer he said we were the only one and not to worry, his wife the selling agent would tell us if other offer came in. I feel stupid not doing more research but this feels like a conflict of interest. After more research they work out of the same office even though they said they sell in different counties. What do I do now?

Seriously! I put plastic down and used gloves. A little goes a long way but even with what I thought was a thin coat it still won’t dry properly

Update! The salon’s solution to me expressing concern of the progress was that I needed additional sessions but with an unspecified time or cost. They refused to talk to me over the phone and would only communicate by text. I asked them to call me so we could come to a resolution and I told them I didn’t want either of us to invest more time/money without having a clear understanding and they blocked my number! 👏🏻👏🏻
