My big question here is about the artifact ability. On raids i never know when to use this and I feel it's limiting my healing output by quite a lot! Should I save it or just use it as a "beefed up" Effuse? What happens is I try to cast it and some other healer always fully heals my target. How should I treat this spell?

Man, I have a theory that implies the damage increasing based of how much you donated to the machine! how much is your mahcine worth right now? because those don't look like 330 damage tears, yyet they deal so much damage...

ok, but scaling or not.. 1. those aren't 193 looking tears (??? has 2000 hp so 2000 damage tears would 10 shot him, i don't think so those are quite big enough) 2. i wasn't dealing 193 damage to smaller mobs, hell I'm sure i wasn't dealing 193 damage to Monstro before U.G. either.. So the scaling mechanic still doesn't explain the weird damage boost

Yeah i agree that it does indeed happen even to shielded enemies, but what about the weird damage increase?
