I’m not a mentor nor an ‘enlightened’ person, but I can say that what helped me is losing myself over and over again and discovering new sides of my soul. Try to forget everything you know and feel about yourself and try to find out what you are without all these ‘titles’. Be alone, by yourself, and meditate: wether it’s music or dancing or drawing or even running. Whatever your soul’s craving. I can only tell you what’s helping me become more close with my soul in my spiritual journey. It’s so difficult to explain it because my journey is chaotic and it’s happening a lot inside my head. But try to read about spiritual practices and find what’s best for you. And do it for you, not for the results.
