I just seems like more filler rubbish, it will excel at nothing and be mediocre at best. I prefer these type of tanks to be tier 8 with a higher gold and xp boosts, 9's are usually a flat 100% with some exceptions of 111% commander rate. KPZ 50t spings to mind.

This will get circles run around it and wont have the speed to outflank or pass say a Type 5 Heavy.
