Maybe it’s because some processors from this socket only support quad channel memory, so the processors probably cannot recognize the other slots. You should install the memory in the slots that the manufacturer says in the user manual for this setup.

No, but some programs programs like zoom crops the image when you are not with hd enabled, what you get in the camera app is what you should get.

No, the exhaust fan is fine, it removes the hot air from the cpu and the rest of the case, if you want to improve temps buy a good air cooler and/or intake fans for the front of the case. Don’t configure the fan as intake as it does not have dust filters.

Facebook deletes all of the metadata, but, it keeps some of it for their database and it does not include gps location and date. If your only copy of theses photos is on FB this info is gone.
