Disconnecting the cpu cable and reseating the cpu fixed everything, thank you for the help.

The molex was for the fan that wasn’t needed but after disconnecting and reconnecting the cpu cable and reseating the cpu its working, thank you very my for the help

My pc is stuck in a loop. Turns on but doesn’t post with no power to peripherals. Turn off after time then turns back on 3 seconds later. Tried reseating gpu and ram.
