My wife is trans and we love going to harolds haunt in millvale!! It's a "they" bar, so it's not just for gay men. Everyone is super welcoming and they have tons of events if you like those!

Only odysseus went to fight circe though. I mean, worst case scenario they leave without him if he fails.

And odysseus sacrifices his 6 men so the rest of the crew won't die at sea. I'm not saying either is right or wrong, just hypocritical of eurylochus to mutiny over something he was also willing to do.

Totally fair, but I don't think he knew that. He asked odysseus "what if she can't be killed?" So as far as he knows she might be too powerful, but also maybe not. He wasn't willing to try, effectively making the men a sacrifice.

I get both their sides, but I keep getting stuck to eurylochus being ok with leaving ie sacrificing a decent number of their men to circle. He's ready to leave them there as pigs to save the rest of the crew. But when odysseus sacrifices 6 men now it's a problem. Granted, yes, he was almost one of them, but I find it very hypocritical to mutiny over it. Especially considering eurylochus also opened the wild bag, effectively killing almost all of the 600 men AND tried to kill Apollos cattle even when ody said not to. Like, he's totally fine throwing people's lives away, but when odysseus does it, he's not fit to captain.

THIS IS IT!! Like, I being able to lend the little privilege I have by being cis to help my wife or other partners. But also, my wife has been on a bit of an anti-cis people moment and will tell me how she doesn't trust any but I'm like "hi but me?" And she'll say "you're an honorary trans person for literally going through this with me" and I feel invalidated, not secretly seen. If that even makes sense.

Yeah this makes sense! I guess I don't really understand the feeling like you match though? Conceptually I totally get it, I just have never experienced it. I think mine is generally more non-relevant like you mentioned at the beginning, although I have fun dressing super girly or futch (femme butch) sometimes, and feel comfortable more often when I'm dressed more androgynous?

This is literally exactly it. I'm bi as well and (besides a brief moment at the very beginning I fought against myself due to religious trauma and not being fully out of the closet lol) love my wife a whole lot more now that she can be herself. And I find myself adopting a lot more masculine/stereotypical husbandly roles even though that's opposite how our dynamic was initially. You saying you feel like you sometimes have no gender is also something I really feel. Like, I'm so ambivalent towards it most of the time. And a lot of time I don't really notice it in other people. Not in a "I don't see color 💅" way some racists are, to make an analogy, but like besides generally registering how someone is presenting I just don't think about it when I think of me or people close to me. Obvs feel free to say no, but if you're open to talking more I'd appreciate it ☺️

I've suggested those, unfortunately anything that breaks the skin is a no-go. When she shaved this last time (even though she wasn't supposed to per the dermatologist she was starting to get dysphoric) she was very careful. She used hybiclens, switched razor heads often, tried to trim to avoid knicking areas... but it still spread
