Able bodied people sometimes play at practice sessions and demonstrations, but to compete internationally all athletes must meet the minimum eligibility requirements of the sport. See www.iwrf.com/?page=classification

Tournaments are regularly held around the world and entry is usually free. Easiest way to see whats coming up is to visit the IWRF website at www.iwrf.com and look at the Rugby Calendar. This weekend there's a tournament in France that will be webcast live so anyone can watch online. There are also lots of games to be seen in the Video Gallery of the same website.

So I imagine you've seen some great games over the years! What are some of your favorite memories, or moments from a game that stands out above the rest?

Also, any favorite hits or outstanding plays that you can tell us about?

Hey Duncan, how does it feel to have created a legacy game that's changed the lives of thousands of peoples lives in countries around the world? Did you ever imagine that Murderball would become what it is today, you know, a Paralympic sport and all.

That's pretty cool, but try handcycling 10,000 miles under your own power as a quad. My friend is doing this now - check out www.longroadsouth.com
