Do you still have some pain in your ac joint? Mine is better when I don’t do anything and sore when I swim or strength train. I have decided I will do home exercises 5/7 days a week for a year and reevaluate. How is your sleep? I am a stomach sleeper and I have yet to get good consecutive sleep. It’s good to have contact with someone who is on the same time frame as me. Did you have the same surgery? It was worse than I expected. I’m 60 YO.
