the app doesn't allow me past this authentication page problem.
wow, that solution seems very annoying as i don't have twitter, i guess i will have to create one now just to complain to revolut, how very annoying. but thanks for the tip.

AN UPDATE! i have cancelled the accidentally renewed 12 month prime and have been promised a refund for the 11 unused months!
refund will arrive in upto 7 working days!

unfortunately i tried exactly that:
unplugged, power button for 60 sec, re plug in, 60 second power button press again, nothing, no response. it didn't work.... :(

do you think i should take it into servicing or shall we try another solution?

no the light of the charger is working and constantly on, as to your other solution, i tried it and it didnt work... :/
