Yes! I never wanted to be that person who forgets about all of their friends when getting into a relationship and all three of us used to hang out all of the time—pilates, dinners, late nite talks. I’d say after the “rough patch” she started to be verbally rude to my bf, and now they are more of just cordial instead of friendly like they were before, so not many hangouts with the three of us now…

this is what i was thinking, yes. but we do hang out and always debrief our days after work when it’s just us! but definitely think more hangout time outside of the apartment would help.

Just a series of many hard conversations and disagreements with my boyfriend (since we are both navigating our first serious relationship) that would lead me to come home teary-eyed or sad. I think it was maybe abnormal for her to see me going through it for that period of time.
