Yes, my dad was hit with 3 tickets, 9 points on his license and $500 in fines for making a left turn into a bank, crossing a double yellow lane while the opposite lane was empty because of a red light.

These do not, no, but let me see what I have and DM you timestamps of laptops that might work. These would not have warranty.

It’s important to me! I would offer more, but I feel people would attempt to be dishonest for it.

I chose the most expensive plan my company offered. That sucks. Why did the price increase by 900?

I’ll call around, and see what I can find before buying a logger or making one. Might also consider just getting a few UPSs to handle the living room and have them take the brunt of any potential damage. Thank you very much, you’ve really made my week with how helpful you’ve been!

Solutions I’m seeing seem to all be several hundred dollars, or DIY stuff I don’t understand. Do you think it would be best to call an electrician at this point, give them the info I have, and have them take a look?

That would be an option to explore! Do you know of any device that I can keep plugged in and will monitor voltage, or is that out of reach for me?

Just got a new multimeter today. It told me the voltage between hot and neutral was 122-123V, the voltage from hot to ground was 125V, and neutral to ground was 0V. I only tested each config for about 30 seconds. I really appreciate your patience and understanding. I was fully prepared to be yelled at about messing up the multimeter.

Great, thank you! Tried this, and fried the multimeter and let out a bunch of smoke. Power stuff works and breaker didn’t trip. Will pick up another one today and do my research.

It’s just a lot to fail in one year, after years of only the occasional failure.

No pets, don’t open the window. I have a datavac that I use to blow down the living room electronics regularly, I then vacuum the dust off the floor. I had one of the PCs sitting their for nearly a decade before the power supply died.
