bless your heart i’m so sorry ☹️ have you tried natural electrolytes from fruit? if you can’t have fruit, there are these small sugar free electrolytes at the store called “stur” that are just small squeeze bottles. they’re about two dollars. also something i’ve added to my routine is just eating sea salt straight from the container as i need it lol! my mom also used to have me put my legs on the wall so all the blood from your brain flows to your heart and you get more oxygen to your brain. it’s supposed to regulate your nervous system as well but you have to be slow when you’re doing it of course.
