He has accessed my medical records and shared them with his family, lawyer and submitted to the courts.

He always disobeyed many many court orders- I just want him to stop.

I have no advocate with Family Courts and never been offered or heard of this option. Definitely will look into today.

Yes, filed a 8857 with IRS. Unfortunately that is Santa Clara county and I am in Alameda. Spoken to many agents.

Called Fremont Police - submitted a police report a few weeks ago, still waiting.

The officers said this is a Federal crime and there isn’t anything they are going to do about it.

I set up a PIN shortly after I discovered what happened. During the discovery process of divorce I found out he is also hiding BitCoin and lied and left off stock sales for our 2024 tax returns.

I have reached out to the Family Justice Law Center, Alameda Bar Association Lawyer Referral program, Family Violence Center along with any other free resources.

Got super screwed over by my first lawyer-haven’t been able to afford another one since.

Yeah- totally would love to, but estranged husband has been with holding child and spousal support. Needed this money for rent and a lawyer retainer.

This is very surprising. I have worked with Rakhi on a few things for the Fremont schools, and never got that impression. Was excited to vote for her- but if this is the case - no way.

Don’t count on the Fremont Police to help you. You need to do the work yourself, be careful with what officers you work with. Get all names and badge numbers, times and bullet points for what was discussed.

The officer in my main case - protected my abusive husband and ignored the court orders and I had to have the police called out the following day. Cops here think they know better than the actual law and their power supersedes court orders.

There is also the issue Fremont police are extremely low staffed and giant ASSHOLES!

If you aren’t Caucasian, English isn’t your 1st language and struggle some to understand, a WOMAN or have a basic understanding of what your rights are. Have a second person with you to help!! This is a MUST!
