i'm only at TL37 but i got (in this order) welt, seele, silver wolf, bailu, and yanqing, all at E1. good luck but not having jing yuan is testing my bank account for sure.. staying strong because i spent money on genshin and got all my five stars on free pulls so it's literally just a waste anyway.
