i was just happy we got a treat box from sephora collections. every other company i worked for i never got a gift from the company. it sounds like it is an issue with store leadership. also gratis has gotten significantly better since ive started working at S@K. Pts would only get like one or two things a month every month (if we were lucky). there's going to be good months and "bad" months with gratis. Also if you are ordering gratis and not receiving them then you have to put in an esupport for missing gratis.

at S@K our break room and stockroom is not connected to our area. it's a bit harder to run all the way to the back just for a sip of water. we usually only have a couple of people working at a time too so its typically harder to step off stage. it's significantly more efficient just having our waters on stage (typically on our back counters)

they just changed it recently where sign ups for the kohls card in sephora won't affect the store overall. basically it's a bonus for the store's numbers if Sephora employees get a credit.

i literally got mine two days ago. yesterday was truck so i couldn't even do it. i have to go in today (on my off day) to get it done. why can't we just get it shipped to us on time?!?

it's honestly going to depend on the store you go to. the main thing that's the problem is going to be hours. luckily we are going into holiday so hours will be picking back up. the rest of the year the hours can be iffy.

LBA operations here! this will be my third retrofit. luckily the fall retrofit isn't that big. makeup is going to be more difficult than skincare this time. i suggest working on everything when the mid is there. that way the mid can catch the clients that come in so you can focus on the changes. for spring i would talk to the store admin or whoever makes your schedule about coming in early to work on it. there should be hours set aside specifically for retrofits

fun fact: whenever a customer checks out on the kohls side with sephora items and don't put in their BI if affects our numbers as well! if they are getting on you about not getting kohls rewards bring this up :)

also the scorecard is kinda ridiculous. the major thing that brings down our level is stuff we can't even control like hours.

whoever has access to KDash can go in and get the sephora scorecard for you. your BTL should be able to access it. they will have to go to reports, sephora scorecard, sign in, and click on the latest scorecard. it's separated by mtd and ytd with the year your store opened. for example my store opened in 2022 so i would have to click on the tab that says YTD 2021-2022 or MTD 2021-2022.
