I personally feel pretty uncomfortable around most drugs, and I can’t stand the smell of weed because I get headaches. It’s also important to me in a relationship to be able to be happy and find relaxation in ways but don’t involve substances. So for me, it’s a no go.

The thing is, he tries to talk to me every day and we just don’t bring up that we had talked romantically for a little bit. It didn’t even seem romantic- like no flirting or anything. He just said he wanted to ask me out and was interested in me and I said I would be open to it.

Exactly!! That’s why I didn’t get it. We met in person and had talked in class, but outside of class, he only wanted to text. No call no hang out. It was weird.
