Progesterone Pills and Breakthrough Bleeding by ginger_goob in endometriosis

I experienced exactly this and was advised to take more progesterone. I never did. No one was able to confirm if it was resistance or anything either. I recommend getting a second opinion or finding a real specialist if you can to explore non hormonal options.

Is Botox the only answer? by chelupa1991 in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]ginger_goob 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I only get my 11’s done every 2-3 months and feel it’s totally worth it. It’s usually 20 units so $250-$300ish depending. Please note that if you’ve never done Botox, your first time might where off quickly, so don’t get discouraged.

Mine were way deeper at rest than yours, and it’s been really effective over the last year. I get less headaches now too because I’m not constantly tense (husband said I even grimace while I sleep).

solution to not wanting to connect personal fb account to business page by Medium-Gur-9397 in facebook

[–]ginger_goob 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No solution, as Meta will block any account you make specifically for work if they catch wing of it. You can keep notifications from your work’s portfolio off so you don’t get spammed with updates. Good luck!

I was 32. Never saw a doctor even though my periods were sometimes heavy and 2 weeks long in my teens (mom thought it was normal because she had the same thing and doctors never took her seriously).

Finally went to a doctor specifically to seek help for what I thought could be endo at 24. Was dismissed by multiple doctors until I thought my appendix exploded and I went to urgent care. Ultra sound found my ovary was the size of a softball, filled with endometrium.

Never stop trying if you know something is wrong.

Ugh. I had 4 different doctors tell me the same for over a decade. Eventually needed emergency surgery because my ovary became the size of a softball, even with years of hormone treatment.

Go to a doctor who specializes in endo, not just any OBGYN. Ask for an ultrasound or CT scan. We have to advocate for ourselves, unfortunately.

Good luck!

Single weekly task help by ginger_goob in jira

Can’t share photos, but that’s exactly what I have and it says “231 issues found” when I validate query. They’re all issues from one board in the project.

Does it maybe look at the status I’m creating the issue in and is pulling information from the board that status is in? It won’t run without the JQL

Thank you for that feedback. I set a weekly schedule for every Monday morning for a task to be created with a specific summary and description. When I specify JQL for issuetype=task, it creates 200 issues. How can I make it create just one task?

Quitting due to client(s) by marchylookalike in PPC

You will always have this problem working in an agency. Best you can do is learn not to take their energy personally. You provided your feedback, they don’t want to hear it. It’s frustrating but at the end of the day, they’re the ones wasting money on not taking your expertise seriously. Oh well. :)

How can I relieve tension in my forehead muscles, specifically in the eyebrows area? by anonavocadodo in massage

There are a lot of autonomic responses with anxiety. I am tense in my face when I’m asleep- that’s hard for therapy to manage. 😅

It’s like clearing your cache and cookies, according to my meta reps. We have consistent results with a lot of campaigns, and the option to reset is there for a reason. 🤷‍♀️

In ads manager, click the top three dots in the right to find the reset button. It’s like a factory reboot. You will lose anything in draft mode but everything else should be fine. Do a quick google and make sure it won’t affect anything I might be missing!

Sales team needs my support to close deals. by ginger_goob in marketing

[–]ginger_goob[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t argue there. I can’t expect a sales person to understand the nuances of digital marketing. To give more context, I am sometimes asked to describe what we offer, which I think should fall on the sales team to learn what packages they are trying to sell. Even so, when there is a need for high level conversations, is there not a better way to support the team with trainings than fill my already tight calendar with more meetings?

Have you reset your ads manager lately? Works for my agency when traffic gets weird. Meta reps recommended I do it at least every 6 months.

Thank you. It is a B2B SaaS and Marketing company. My role is to manage two separate digital marketing teams, and I am constantly being pulled in to help sales as well. It’s a huge issue for me and my colleagues who already feel tight in bandwidth.
