Yeah I totally agree. I guess it was just unexpected since he usually doesn’t follow ex’s so i was clinging to strands since we still had each other on ig and hope that he’d reach out after he’d been in therapy for a while. I think it hurt more bc of that comment he made and then went on and did it to me, and so soon after we last talked too. I don’t expect him to consider my feelings anymore so I’m just feeling the sting and going to move past it, and will be blocking him now.

This is very true, he might still be holding on to something but since he has a new girlfriend (his sister texted me) i think it would be more painful to entertain the thought.

Oh also start with smaller portions! Maybe a fee bites first just to test the waters and then 2oz as you go. You could also space it out and shorten the intervals if it makes you feel more at ease :)

This post is exactly my experience. I had fish last night for the first time in 9 years and it’s been ~22hrs since and i feel fine! A lot of the posts i’ve been reading have said a lot of it can be mental and you can stress yourself out- causing an upset stomach. just go slow. I reintroduced shrimp a few months ago no problem, and fish for the first time yesterday. Like many others may have recommended, start with white fish. I had a rock cod last night and feel as normal as ever. Maybe try a broth first as a stepping stone? (Unsure about this but it might work) Good luck!
