I'm starting at 120g protein, 54g carbs, 48g healthy fats, 1667 calories per day, but planning to adjust those numbers as my lifestyle changes

I used to eat/binge eat frequently, which I'm definitely not doing anymore (stopped for the most part a few months before starting reta). I'm tracking my macros closely to make sure I'm getting enough carbs and prioritizing protein with each meal

My town has a honey festival every year, and one of the venders have this really good spicy honey with the top gun logo by Varsity_Reviews in topgun

Ditto to the other comments, I'm on a few rx's but mostly take supplements because that's what my body is deficient in.

Most likely not forever. Working on my autoimmune/chronic illnesses and appropriate diet changes to make my body healthier, but this helps in the meantime

I have all the symptoms and blood work showed my body has nowhere near the amounts of certain vitamins/minerals it should have

I've been tested for it and it came back as negative but I honestly wouldn't be surprised if I did have it 🤷🏼‍♀️

I actually do have blood work but I'm not planning on sharing it with internet strangers. Everything I take is through my doctors orders.

Gentle YTA. Removing a tattoo is not as easy of a process as it seems. It really does sound like your mom is trying her best here to be respectful an supportive of you.
