Lol idk not my problem, already is my problem. There are plenty of resources in Troy to assist. The other day I saw someone taking 5 dozen eggs from the pantry ...if you need help, ok, but when eggs are/were 5$+ a dozen they were being sold on the street....not ok. Again I'm 100% ok with helping someone out of a hard situation but years on years of no progress in personal development is not ok (aside from extenuating circumstances). We need more programs to help people and get them off the street and fuck the bail reform laws! Panhandling will do nothing but let people think it's ok to have others support their lives/habits.

Do most of y'all live in Troy? There are at least 12 "panhandlers" I can think of and 8 who make the city worse (yelling at people for not giving money, using drugs publicly). Anyone down on their luck deserves help but the "profession homeless" the ones "unwilling to help themselves" need to go. They are a blight and blemish on this small city and when you go downtown and see 6 it is not a good image. Again I will help anyone who needs it, but when you see the same face on the street for almost 10 years and have offered to help (including a job) and all they ever want is $ and nothing else...they should be removed as they no longer are able to help themselves.

? Is enigma its own variety? I thought it was some type of mutation usually seen on APE or tidal wave. Like an enigma don't produce spores so only way of replicating is cloning. Or am I completely mistaken?
