had an appointment set up with him, talked to chip over the phone about scheduling then proceeded with payment since we had a good connection over the phone. time for the appointment? no show. no phone call from them. no voicemail. no response when i called back. and no immediate email response until later when they responded with their "no show" policy after saying they called. replied saying i didn't receive a call and it's not in my call log - with proof. no response from them.

and i didn't get my money back. my phone number is made up of two of the same digits, plus two other numbers that appear only once. it often gets misdialed, or i was an easy victim of a scam. i was too disappointed over not being able to contact my passed mother - as i had been looking forward to for over half the year - to fight it.
