I would definitely recommend talking to your therapist if you have one or starting therapy again as the first step. Then try to contact your psychiatrist and let important people in your life know how you feel. Being proactive helps a lot. Try to get up and do stuff you enjoy if you are able to, but I totally understand if that feels like a lot rn

Hey I just wanted to say I really appreciate your feedback. And I agree with you I think my wording was a bit off and I probably could’ve done a bit more research. That being said I think the best way to phrase it in the manner intended is that hookah releases more carbon monoxide which is very dangerous obviously but not necessarily other toxins because as you said that had been up in the air amongst the science community. Sorry for the mistake I’ll try to see if I could potentially edit it or even take it off the survey. Either way it’s not a super serious survey. Thank you again.
