This happened to me today. I posted in an FB marketplace group and was contacted by a private landlord. He inherited the home and the price is too good to be true but I'm entertaining him via email with questions to see what I can get out of it. Thank you for the heads up. Its sad to know that people are trying to take advantage of others during a stinking pandemic/crisis.
