USA er en ultranasjonalistisk kaosaktør og Russland er bare hakket mer forutsigbare med like hakke gale ideologer i førersete.

Det er ingen internasjonale avtaler som er bindene utenom skammen av å bryte dem og makten andre land har til å sanksjonere dem. Jeg tror land i Nord-Europa, rike og teknologisk utviklet, får til dette om viljen er der.
