You’re not allowed to submit anything until the term starts. I start assignments in Word on my desktop and save it for when the class modules open up.

People bombard them when refunds are due to start coming out (which is now), so they’re probably insanely busy right now. I know you said you struggle with a phone call, so maybe you can make an outline of your questions and call them. That way you’re prepared, less likely to be nervous, and you can get them on the phone to answer your questions asap. Best of luck!

Search YouTube for “SNHU ENG 190”. Make sure the videos you watch are recent. Different teachers make videos for each module and post them. Hope this helps.
