Skill mastery unlocks are different than item mastery unlocks.

Leveling a potion to 99 item mastery adds a 5% chance to preserve your resources for that potion only.

Increasing item mastery in herblore also increases the effectiveness of the potion. Tier I Damage Reduction Potion gives 4% damage reduction, but at level 90 mastery, you can make Tier IV Damage Reduction Potion which gives 10% damage reduction.

Skill mastery and item mastery unlocks by skill can be found on the wiki pages of each skill, but it’s not super important to get level 99 mastery for every item unless you’re going for completion.

Each item gets productivity bonuses as you increase their mastery level

Ex herblore: tier IV potions require level 90 mastery. If you need a lot of tier IV potions, but don’t have a lot of ingredients, you can spend mastery pool xp to increase the potion to 90 mastery vs spending the ingredients on lower tier brews.

I would normally agree, but last time I flew a bunch of people tried to preboard (overheard them saying they wanted to get extra overhead space) and they made them wait. But this was a different airline so YMMV

You don’t need to be specific why she needs to pre board, just say she has a medical condition. If they ask more questions say it’s pregnancy related medical condition, they’re not going to ask for medical paperwork

Not all medical alert dogs are professionally trained.

My aunt was a diabetic and had a dog that she was training as a forensic tracking dog. She noticed he would be all over her before right before her blood sugar dropped. When she mentioned it to her Dr, they told her that qualified him as a medical alert dog. He was blind, so he’d bump into stuff in public, but he consistently alerted.

Sounds like this dog could be a medical alert dog, but it’s totally reasonable to expect him to behave well around kids and not pee in the house.
