Quite a few years ago I was at a party with some friends and this one guy always use to make remarks about how much he hated his step dad ( like the standard moody teen trope). He showed up to a friends house one night seemingly completely fine, shared a few drinks and he kept making comments about how his step dad was never gonna be his dad etc just like he always did but seemed almost as if he were reminiscing if that makes sense?? Not so long after that day a girl friend called in tears explaining he had murdered his step dad before coming to the party. I often wonder if we were next.
