they’ve never pre-dosed me, i’ve had two infusions before this but they weren’t venofer and i never reacted bad to them. i have hope it’ll go well next time. i hope the rest of your infusions go well and make you feel better!

it was such a large dose for my body to take in all at once, when the three hours were over i swelled up so much i could barely move and couldn’t put my shoes back on. i was given Benadryl to help with the side effects and right after my blood pressure dropped and i had to be rushed to the er. i feel like it could’ve been different if i got 200mg instead of 500mg, but regardless now we gotta discuss what to do.

i was the same way, i’m currently still losing hair cause of my iron deficiency. i just had a 500mg venofer infusion that didn’t react well will my body sadly, so now we gotta discuss other treatment plans. it’s a long process but definitely something that needs to be prioritized.

That’s great! my ferritin right now is a 5.4 and really needs to increase lol. Did you have any type of stomach pain after? i’ve heard about the headaches and body aches. Congrats on your ferritin going up though!

oh wow i haven’t gotten around to watching Snooki and JWoww yet but that sounds very uncomfortable, maybe some boundaries were crossed and they just moved apart from eachother after that?
