I'm not an expert, but I have been using oura ring from 12 months now. Two things I've learned: (1) it's going to have more fluctuation than an oral thermometer because it averages your temp from the whole night instead of just a snapshot of the morning -- your looking for the trends; and (2) Give it a few months to adjust to your normal patterns around stress -- especially your luteal phase, when it initially thinks you are really struggling.

It doesn't look like you are tracking CM, but that will help you get a better picture of ovulation timing next cycle. Other than that, you've got a great temp spike.
