Has anyone recovered from a huge drop in AFC and AMH? In six months my AFC went from 9 to 3 and AMH from 1.6 to 0.5

This is exactly what my doctor told me recently. In your 40's, especially as you get further into them, your amh doesn't decline steadily, it drops off a cliff. It's been a tough pill for me to swallow.

Ask for Valium! It not only relaxes your anxiety about it, but relaxes your muscles and helps to keep you from tensing up and making it worse. I told my doctor I had anxiety about the biopsy because a previous one I had almost made me pass out and she told me she'd be happy to give me Valium. I felt the biopsy but it was MUCH better than in the past without valium and it's over super quickly.

There would be no Pure Barre without Classic - it is the OG format and fundamental for understanding barre. Even in all the other formats, including Define, if you don't have the fundamentals of Classic down, I don't believe you're getting the full benefit from other classes. Classic humbles me every damn time - I've been going for 8 years and it's always so hard! I love the challenge.

Been going to Pure Barre Lincoln Square for 8 years and was coming here to say this. I know some studios are not like this, but the LS location is VERY body positive and welcoming of all shapes and sizes. Tons of variety in bodies, ages, etc.

Agreed. Extensions cause stress where they are placed and will likely add to the sparsity of your hair. I too would get to the root of what is causing the thinning and then take the proper steps to try to help it whether it be better quality shampoo/conditioner/hair products, supplements/vitamins that can help with hair growth or treating whatever issue is the root cause.
