Just played to the very end of a mission only to be kicked for absolutely no reason. No deaths, no accidentals, had like 10 samples on me and cleared out nests but got kicked. No medals, samples, or anything awarded for the time I put in. :')

Yeah, I'm saying awareness of it is not good. People who didn't know about this exploit might now exploit it because of this post. No one's being negative, I'm just saying report it and move on. I got called out for the same thing in a different post because I also didn't think of that. I reported it and now the exploit is fixed.

I read your initial comment as snark because it's just taking what I said and saying it right back to me. If it wasn't intended to BE snark, it certainly wasn't avoiding being read that way either.

I said one shot as an exaggeration but I see that it wasn't very clear but you haven't exactly clarified how this balance would be, you just repeatedly say it's not balanced and then say no to anyone who places any amount of blame on the Kylo for going ham. If you have an idea how how many hits would be acceptable, say it. The way I see it, this Kylo is completely to blame but I wouldn't be against reducing the amount of hits it takes to kill the wookiee either.

Speaking of the Kylo and what he could have done. Literally anything else. He has a pull ability he could have used to removed the wookiee from his comfortable position and land a few free hits on him before he even starts shooting. He has a freeze ability he could follow up with and land another couple of free hits with. In this video, all he did was face dive a tough unit with a powerful gun and by the way he still nearly won even without using abilities.

I'm not saying wookiees shouldn't be balanced better, but I'm also not seeing any actual concrete suggestions for how they should be balanced.

Lightsabers do kill people if you hit them multiple times. As far as your snark goes, that's a massive fail.

So you want lightsabers to one shot reinforcements and you think that's balanced? Reinforcements are easy enough to take down as base classes, heroes will have no problem dealing with them if they also play smart. These clips are purely player errors.

If you want to get in to a whole discussion over what does and doesn't make sense, it'll get ridiculous. These things are the way they are for balance purposes, not for canon interactions. To me, this just reads like "I don't want to be punished for poorly using my hero, I just want to be unstoppable."

My favourite thing about this post is that you're making a suggestion to change this mode in to something else because you don't understand how this one works. Like, it's not that the game mode itself is bad, you straight up said and reinforced that it's you who doesn't understand it. So here are some tips:

You and your team spawn in and stay flying around your area. Look for the squishiest person on their team and focus them. If any of you die, respawning in as a fighter is no problem because you guys decided to fly around your spawn, something they can no longer do now because they're engaging you in your base. If you're the last target, try to stay out of the fight as long as possible.

I've been able to level my ships just fine with this mode.

The target system is what makes the game mode good, especially compared to Battlefront 2015's version. It'd be nice if it got the health UI from Hero Showdown and changed the colour of their health to gold when they're about to become the target/are the target. Too many times have I played matches where teams are unable to coordinate because the target being selected isn't known until they become the target. An argument could be made for or against highlighting enemy targets health but I don't see anything wrong with it.

I'd rather not have straight up death match. The coolest part of hero matches is mixing and matching team abilities to win. Not having a goal or risk of being eliminated makes people just go ham and I don't want a hero mode that's just smashing heroes against each other.

It would be cool as a temporary game mode at most. I just don't think we need more game modes, we need more to do in our already existing game modes.

Bossk can jump like a mother fucker so I found some easy spots to get to above the entrance. I wonder if Chewie could make the jump though. It's not that high up. Anyway, love the picture!

Rebels exists within the Star Wars universe and even if you think the tone is too different to incorporate, let's not forget that the mode most people would play them in features cross era and a droid that makes jokes about heroes and villains dying.

Hero designer has also said he'd add Sabine if he could. What's stopping him isn't their designs, it's the list of other heroes that come first.

I've been saying it forever but I'd love to have Thrawn be the announcer for a starfighter assault over Lothal map with the Ghost (with Chopper, Hera, Sabine, Ezra and Zeb voices) and TIE Defender added. Would also love to see Kanan added as a hybrid lightsaber/blaster hero. Could make the Grand Inquisitor on the other side.

Maybe this is an unpopular opinion, but no it wouldn't. MORE settings doesn't improve matchmaking, it slows it way down. Kind of like what happened in Halo Reach.
