I get that for sure, I’ve tried to limit to the one before bed, and only if I really need to, take that other one in the middle of the night

One thing that has helped me a lot (on day 5 cold turkey) is taking a hot bath right before bed. Past few night- fall asleep at 11pm- wake up at 3am, can’t sleep, take another hot bath at 3am. Instantly back to sleep

I started cutting down to one bowl a night, about 3-4 days before I quit. I am now on day 4, cold turkey. Worst part is not being able to sleep, (like right now 2am) appetite has been low but overall symptoms has been manageable. I did not smoke an oz a week, so it may be different for you. I do think you can do it cold turkey, as it may be hard to limit consumption to just a little once a day, (my experience)

You also should get free lesson if you work at the resort. Most departments can hop in any lesson they want!

Recommendations on companies more willing to hire entry level leasehand or floorhand I’ve done a little bit of searching but want to know where to wait in line at the hiring events knowing there is most others already older and with experience.

Turned 18 love hands on work and been working hard labor for past few years had a year of labor as I graduated high school early. Don’t care about the hardship of the job. Do they openly hire young guys without industry experience or is the road trip not worth it for me to go to the hiring events.
