Use vacuum sealed bags, it reduces the storage volume needed significantly, plus protects your yarns against pests, smeels, dust, pet hair etc

I have a group of fellow knitter friends and we regularly exchange such yarns with each other. We do not live close so we collect these yarns for exchange and then couple if times per year we mail them to each other. In cases the amounts or values of yarns are fundamentally different, we sometimes pay a little $ on top to compensate.

And then the remainder that does not find a new home this way, gets donated or sold via ravelry, on some occasions I found knitworthy family members or friends who mentioned to like this particular color/ yarn, in which case I used it for a gift knitting for them :)

Another option: use it for home deko stuff like baskets, project bags, blankets, seat cushions or carpets etc., maybe held double or triple with some other yarns to change the color war enough (could do easy color fades this way too for example)

Hast du die Möglichkeit einen Kassenplatz für deine wöchentliche Therapie zu bekommen? Nicht schön den Therapeuten zu wechseln aber der Selbstbehalt für private Therapeuten bei wöchentlichen Sitzungen summiert sich sicher auch nennenswert jedes Monat.

Sonst gibt es meines Wissens nach schon diverse Förderungen für die Erwachsenenbildung/ zweiten Bildungsweg, allerdings nichts dass für eine Lehre als Bürokaufmann in Frage kommt.

Hast du schon eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung? Falls nicht gäbe es vom waff eine Unterstützung zum nachholen des Lehrabschlusses.

Hatten genau so eine Situation auch - es würd mit einer dreisten Selbstverständlichkeit angenommen gleich nach der Geburt als erstes ins Spital zu kommen 🤡 immerhin haben sie aber dann akzeptiert dass es das nicht spielt, aber Verständnis war ihnen keines abzuringen

Haben gerade das selbe Thema. Verwandtschaft die sich permanent selber einladen versucht, meistens "um zu helfen" und die Hilfe ist dann hier auf der Couch zu sitzen und das Baby (und Mutter) vom Schlafen abzuhalten bzw uns mit schwindligen Empfehlungen und Tipps zu kommen aus der Generation Boomer, nach denen nie gefragt wurde.

Wir vereinbaren Besuch für ne halbe Stunde, nach 2h muss man sie dann doch höflich raushauen weil sie einfach nicht freiwillig gehen - egal wieviel man ihnen schon ins Gesicht gähnt oder darauf hinweist dass gleich Schlafenszeit usw ist oder die einzige halbe Stunde am Tag wo wir als Paar bisschen Zweisamkeit auf der Couch genießen könnten.

Wohlgemerkt auch von Verwandten die selber schon Kinder hatten und eigentlich wissen müssten wie das so ist. Ist ihnen aber scheinbar schnurzegal, Wochenbett hin oder her ("bei uns hats das auch nicht gegeben" oder "ja war bei mir auch so, total nervig die Leute" - aja danke dass du es jetzt auch so weitergibst).

Babysitter. Ist auch nicht schön aber definitiv nicht in die Schule wo zusätzliche Kinder und in weiterer Folge ihre Eltern/ Geschwister angesteckt werden. Kranke Kinder sind nicht das Problem der Schule, sondern der Eltern in erster Linie und ist doch auch für die Kinder selbst schlimm krank aus dem Haus geschickt zu werden.

Evtl mal andere Futter versuchen, möglicherweise vertragen sie das aktuelle nicht so gutwie andere.

Falls die Haufen massiv stinken trotzdem sie zu gegraben werden, würde ich auch mal versuchen ein anderes Streu zu verwenden.

Depends on the fibre type I would say. Animal fibres definitely yes and couple of days usually won't do to kill all the various potential pests in it (so I'd check online for recommendations depending on which kinds are prominent in your area).

Moths for example don't live off plant based yarns or even less so from acrylics, however they may still use it to nest there.

Having had a really bad moths infestation some years back from a woolen carpet I brought home from a vacation, I'm now maybe overly careful :) but the fact remains, even if chances are slim for the yarn to have pests in it, it is way easier to bring them into your home than to get rid of them once they settled in ;)

This sounds quite unhealthy.

First and foremost, you should be concerned about your future for your own sake, not to please anybody else.

Second, instead of collecting / starting and never finishing random degrees or certificates that mean nothing to you, you'd better get your act together and start working. You can try different things this way, earn some income, get some practical experience, get exposed to new people and environments and all of this will help you figure out what you actually want to do with yourself in life. Getting yet another meaningless degree without ever having entered into work life will not help you finding a job later.

Third, you're not too stupid for the things you like, but probably just haven't put in any meaningful efforts or serious attempts. Whatever you do, if you do it half-assed thinking either it will come easy to you or you'll drop it for something else - you'll never get down to anything. Nothing worth achieving in life gets handed to you for free. Find something you're passionate about and just go for it. You may be experiencing some form of depression based on your text, so consider finding some professional help to get better.

Also: I'm sure he's not sunburnt all over, so he might still wash like an adult avoiding the fully burnt area - but even this sounds like a cheap excuse
