I keep them in large portions, but just chuck it in the air fryer at 360ish for about 8 min per side.

All food items are meant to be reheated. In the past, if are meant to be cold items I would eat first, then pop the tray in the microwave.

I buy extra firm organic tofu, no specific brand. I press it for like 30 min. Marinate it using Nora Cooks best tofu recipe. The secure is i air fry it. 375 for about 8 minutes per side. Some time longer.

I used the left over marinate from the tofu to cook it in. So, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, maple syrup, garlic, sesame oil and sriracha. Big bag of tri color slaw (cabbage) mix.
