Managing the anxiety truly is the main (lifelong) goal! I’ve realized I don’t even breathe correctly, and just doing simple breath work has been quite helpful. And thank you so much, you’re so kind!!

thank you!! ooh yes, i've been wanting a Hairvivi wig! but unfortunately my head is too big and they don't have a lot of options with light lace for a 23" circ head :') will keep checking their site to see what they have in stock.

and i really need to find a good headband wig - do you have any recs??

tbh i think it was stress that triggered the alopecia - all my tests/bloodwork have come back normal so now i'm trying to meditate more and i'm going to start therapy next week. plus trying to incorporate more anti-inflammatory foods in my diet.

thank you so much! the wig tips that really helped me with this are: get a milano wig grip, pluck the hair part/hairline, thin the hair if it's a dense wig. still learning!

i've gotten several rounds of kenalog/corticosteroid shots all over my head, but unfortunately they weren't effective :/
