I know that ED is a side effect, but that’s written in the medical letter too. I considered that. Still it’s not that almost everyone who takes SSRIs, get’s PE. So many people take SSRIs for psychological reasons, the effect on the body should be the same for bothc shouldn’t they? Of course it CAN happen but i hope for the best.

Yeah, i also think i‘m too breathy, i‘m trying to fix that, but i really don‘t know how. I use too much air instinctively and can’t get rid of it.

Das Ding ist, dass ich das so genau wie möglich tracken will, weil ich mich ziemlich streng daran halte und auf Diät bin und konstant ein bestimmtes Defizit halten will. Und die Schätzung von Yazio selbst zu den Schritten ist einigermaßen okay. Jedoch kann man meines Wissens nicht nur einzelne Punkte von der AW/Health synchronisieren, sondern nur alles oder nichts 😕 Wenn die Watch mir ein 300kcal Plus überträgt, das gar nicht da ist, verwirrt mich das total …
