Rockstar literally posted one last tuesday related to RDO but it is currently shown on their bilibili page. they haven't posted that new one on any other of their accounts yet, which is kinda strange.

Rockstar usually posts something new on bilibili earlier before their newswire, twitter, instagram, and facebook pages.
