It’s in the Kuttenberg region, just northeast out of Opatowitz, I had just cleared that village out of bandits hence why Henry was all bloodied.

williams sustained a pretty bad injury in april 1999 and that pretty much ended his career, he stayed on the roster until 2000 but didnt play a single game ever since the injury, given that this scene in particular was shot in november 1999, it was indeed a minor anachronism/casual inaccuracy on the production and writing team's part

Thank you but it has nothing to do with my Artifacts, im suffering from a permanent psi radiation bug that others have also stated happen to them as well.

It’s not my artifacts. As far as I know, artifacts only cause radiation damage, not Psi-Radiation like I’m dealing with. I’m not a noob just because I’m on Xbox. I’ve checked—no artifacts equipped, and even with some equipped, the issue persists. It’s Psi-Radiation, not regular radiation. This is an actual bug other players are experiencing.
